How much of my team’s time will this really take?

The biggest time commitment is the 45-60 minutes it will take each individual to complete the initial course creation surveys. After that, everyone works at their own pace. Most exercises only take about 10-20 minutes to complete and we recommend completing one, or at most two, per week. The biggest value comes from each individual practicing what they learn as they go through their normal daily routine, which will not take any additional time. While many people complete the course in 4-6 months, course access does not expire, so each individual can work at whatever pace is convenient for them.

Many members of my team read self-help books and have completed various programs and we haven’t seen great results. What makes your program different?

This program is unique in two primary ways. First, it is personalized to each individual. Each person completes a series of surveys and based on their responses, their personalized course is created for your them. Each person’s course will only contain what that individual needs at this point in their lives to be their best selves. Second, each individual can opt in to receive up to 3 text messages a day to remind them to practice specifically what they learned in the last exercise they completed as they go through their normal, busy day to day lives, so that they can truly internalize all they are learning.

Some of our employees prefer to work from their phones. Is there an app for this program?

This course is web based. There is not a specific app for the course, but the website is mobile optimized, so individuals can easily complete the course from their phone, tablet, or computer.

With this being an online course, how do you make it personalized to each user?

After registering, each person completes a series of surveys. These questions ask about feelings, beliefs, and situations that have contributed to a person not being their best self and areas in their life where they are their best self. Based on each person’s responses, their personalized course is created for them. So, a yes or no answer to one survey question may cause a certain exercise to be included in a person’s course, while a yes or no answer to another question may cause an exercise not to be included in their course.

What if someone doesn’t learn well without accountability?

While there is a level of independence with this online, self-paced course, there are features built in to help hold users accountable. One feature allows individuals to elect to receive email reminders on the days and at the times that they would like to be reminded to do their next exercise. Additionally, if someone has not logged into their course for two weeks, they will receive an email reminder. Lastly, if someone chooses to sign up for the text message reminders, they will receive reminders throughout the day to implement what they are learning.
